What's Silicone-free thermal conductive pad?

Publish Date 2023-10-08
There are many kinds of thermal conductive materials, such as Silicone-Free Gap Filling Material, thermally conductive silicone pad,

silicone free thermal pad, thermally conductive phase change material, thermally conductive gel, thermally conductive paste,

carbon fiber thermally conductive gasket, thermally conductive insulating materials, etc.

Many thermally conductive materials on the market use silicone oil as a raw material. Silicon oil will precipitate during long-term use.

For some high-precision instrument industries, sensitive silicon industries, high-tech industries and other industries with high environmental

requirements for product parts, it is not suitable to use thermal conductive materials containing silicone oil.

Many applications (e.g. optical, medical and sensor devices) have certain requirements that preclude the use of silicone-based products.

To meet these requirements, silicone-free thermal pads have therefore been introduced to the market.

Non Silicone thermal pads are a thermally conductive material that replaces silicone oil with other grease.

We use acrylic rubber as the base material, eliminating concerns about silicone outgassing and oil seepage.

Our non-silicone thermal pads are very soft, which helps to reduce applied stress on printed circuit boards and lower thermal resistance.

Commonly used models of BERGQUIST brand silicone-free thermal pads are GAP PAD TGP 2000SF,GAP PAD TGP 1100SF,

Our company also produces and develops some of our own brand of Silicone-Free Gap Filling Material.
